Any customer who purchases a product from clean-power.gr has the right, within fourteen (14) calendar days, to return the product or products they purchased for any reason, even without cause, and to request a replacement with another product or a refund.
This right applies only if the product or products are in their original condition, have not been operated or used, and the packaging or the product itself has not been damaged.
If clean-power.gr determines that any of the above conditions are not met, it reserves the right to refuse the customer a replacement or refund.
The refund process will always be carried out using the same payment method used in the transaction. In the case of a refund to the customer’s/buyer’s bank account or credit card, the process may take up to 14 days, and any bank fees will be borne solely by the customer/buyer.
The cost of returning the product or products to our premises is borne solely by the customer/buyer.
