WE SHIP OUR PRODUCTS IN GREECE

Orders are shipped to your location in the following ways:

1. with our company’s truck (5 €). It concerns deliveries of small and large parcels that take place within Thessaloniki and within the suburbs of Thessaloniki. For your best service, itineraries can also be configured according to your preferences.

2. with ELTA courier service and concerns deliveries of small parcels. ELTA courier service covers all possible destinations. In case the place of delivery is outside the scope of the service, the package is picked up by the ELTA offices in your area. Delivery is made the next working day (shipments within Thessaloniki) or in 1-2 working days (other cities).

3. large and heavy items are shipped with shipping companies.

Shipments by COURIER

The main thing in COURIER shipments is the kilograms, whether they are actual or volumetric weight. The volumetric weight is calculated from the relationship (WIDTH x HEIGHT x DEPTH) / 5000. For the shipment, the largest is always calculated. For example a box weighing 4 kg and packing dimensions 50 x 48 x 14 cm, has a volumetric weight of (50 x 48 x 14) / 5000 = 6.72 kg, which is rounded to 7 kg. Therefore, for the shipment, the calculated weight is 7 kg.

Shipping costs by COURIER are 5 € for parcels up to 3 kg.

For each additional kilo the cost increases by 1,50 € with a limit of 10 kilos.

For example, sending a 7 kg parcel costs 5 + (4 x 1.50) = 11,00 euros.

Shipments with TRANSPORT AGENCY

Shipping with transport agencies is suitable for sending heavy items. The prices vary depending on the place of delivery and indicatively range from 10 to 25 euros if the delivery is made by the customer and the agency’s headquarters. The customer can choose to pay the agency himself or to include the cost of transportation in the value of the order. In the case of shipping with a transport agency, a deposit to a bank account must be made first.

Clean-power does not make any profit from the shipments and we always try to keep our customers as little as possible from the shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: For any loss or damage that may occur in transit, you must report it to our company within 24 hours.
